Finally done! Tsuru as the Queen of Swords! Old people are so hard to draw, but I like how this turned out. I love Tsuru and I hope she will get more screentime in the anime, but my expectations are low since cool badass women get too little screentime in One Piece in general.

I chose Tsuru here because all of the Sword cards will be characters either affiliated with the navy or the World Government, and she fit the position. Also, I think independence and unbiased judgement fit her character. I tried drawing her with the sword pointing towards the sky, but that didn’t work at all, so I had to restart the whole composition and settled for this design.
