Lol, you tried to do it without buffs or Toki's assistance? Her student page outright states you need to use buffs or Toki to have an easier time. 200% evasion is whack. The lack of telegraphing is supposedly a bug, you might need to log out and log back in again to get the rose petals to show up. I think the devs are working on it, though.
