i guess she just felt really moved by what Kazama said and happy that everything went so good.

Bit late here, but better late than never I suppose.

Everyone has 2 genes for hair colour. Blonde hair is from a recessive gene, while dark hair is dominant. So even if you have both genes, you'll still have dark hair. If both parents have this genotype, and both pass down their blonde gene, they can have a legitimate blonde child.

(This is, as with most science things, a bit of an oversimplification of what really happens, but it's good enough for understanding inheritance of traits like hair)
