Actually, I'm surprised nobody has actually done this in real life. See plenty of Hot Wheels replicas along with movie replicas, but it wouldn't be too far out of the realm of possibility using a SCORE Class 1/BITD Unlimited buggy, but made as a single seater.

Not enough buzz. RC cars are a niche hobby compared to cinema or name brand toys. It would just make sense for people to do more recognizable replicas
