Holy mother of socks and beans! Finally finished! :D (Big Grin)

    Time: about 64hrs , PS Cs3

Worked on it on and off over 6 months in every spare moment that I had. Between family, events, holiday stuffs and other random things I was able to complete this today!

This Red Panda painting was actually 2 years in the making. On my last visit to the Atlanta Zoo in GA ( which btw on of the best in the USA ) I took several photos. The Red Panda being especially photogenic in.  The day had a great mellow but warm lighting thing going on and just captured a sweet moment before she fell asleep. The ref photo has been sitting on my hard drive just waiting and I'm excited to have finally completed.

The "judgmental birds"  you see in the tree branches are also from the Atlanta Zoo living treehouse aviary. Which are Superb starlings found in north-east Africa. The red panda is native to the eastern Himalayas and southwestern China. In no way would these 2 animals ever see each other in the wild. But because I took a ton of photo refs that day,  I used them both in this painting purely because they had similar color schemes and looked amazing together as a pair. Using my artistic license on this one and because the birds are seriously judging you.
