I'm guessing this is referring to the popular fan theory that Minato and Hamuko are brother and sister. Which one the player chooses is the one who survives the accident on the bridge.

if they both are brother and sister, it doesn't make any sense I think, if arisato is older than hamuko, then hamuko must be NOT at the same grade as Arisato, so they must be Twins :D

Obviously theres no such thing in this world as Fraternal twins.

i'd say they were twin, but one of them is older, since many people refers minato as the older one, most of the fanart here shows that hamuko called minato 'nii-san'

I was just thought up this theory when I saw this picture.

I think it makes a lot of sense.
