Unless 2:11 and 36:8 are a reference to something, then there's an error somewhere. The red bar shouldn't be so far ahead if it was 2mins amongst 36mins, and 36:8 isn't a timecode that exists anyway. It can't even be that the colon is misplaced, as 3:68 isn't a valid timecode either. But since there are other 36 further down, maybe there's a hidden reference somewhere, so I'll refrain from suggesting the Error tag until someone can confirm that the translation at least doesn't shed light on this.
