    For some reason or other, the fox cub always asks for permision before touching anyone's tail – except for BB Kaga-san's.

    Yanno, kiddo, I think the supreme battleship fluff won't mind. Hell, she'll even INVITE you to fluff them to your heart's content (and probably flex at Kaga BB), much like how the sleepy white furball doesn't mind you bum rushing her tails when she dozes off.
