A SAW is a class of weapon, so yes and no. You probably mean, "is this an M249/FN Minimi?", in which case the answer is yes; it's used in a SAW role.

The scale is about right, it's not meant to be hard to move around. Remember that she's a mech, so she'll have no trouble wielding it.

It looks like a scaled down FN MAG.

Is it a PKM?

It's got to be a hashmal of sorts, it's got a black PKM stock, it's too small to be any LMG except the Ultimax 100 but it lacks any features of that gun and it has a m249 reveiver along with an FN MAG barrel.
