I'd like to remind everyone that since the contents of Alice's Grimoire are known only to her no one knows her real power. Also since one of its powers gave her immortality and which only the most powerful in Gensokyo can accomplish I would guess she is at that level, but chooses not to express it.
Then again she's my favorite character so my opinion is inflated.
Well, it's somewhat canon, (if I remember correctly), that after Mystic Square Yuuka learned the ultimate magic so she must therefor know some of the grimoire's contents.

I don't see Alice's grimoire by her side, so I doubt she is using it. That combined with the fact she is two seconds way from getting a Master Spark to the face pretty much seals her fate.
And youkai magicians cannot become completely immortal. They can only stop their aging. In other words, you can still finish them off with even mundane weaponry. I bet snapping their neck is enough to kill them off. Like Lunarians they are still mostly human.
Alice is actually quite strong, one Master Spark even from that close won't be enough. But well, maybe Yuuka did eat Alice's panties or /canonically/ rape Shinki.
In Yuuka's Ex Stage she did win against alice using the ultimate magic/which owned Mima Reimu and Marisa/stole the ultimate magic for herself so if THAT was cannon she could possibly take the Dragon on
Whew. Considering this artist's other works, I can't take this quite that seriously. The only way I can imagine this ending is in bed. So my reaction to this image is: Awwwww. How cute.
And yes, the artist's comments say this is a lover's quarrel.
