First instance(in Danbooru anyway) of animalized Enoko, but I'm not sure should it be _(dog) or _(wolf) tag, anyone with her species knowledge please enlighten me

She was just a regular dog, turned Yokai, due to her eating the flesh of a monk.

When in doubt, maybe refer to her as a yamainu much like how Aunn is a komainu?
Dog definitely feels more correct though, with her whole being hyped up as a Cerberus thing.

True true, on the other hand though a yama-inu is just another word for an okuri-inu which is a wolf yokai. I feel in this case either tag can apply.
