just wanted to remark that, when translating the text in the bottom panel beside the speech bubble, google translate told me that it said "I have a hind boob and a hind breast." .....obviously this is not true. and googling "創のはちゃんと後乳付きょ" only brought me back to this exact page. so i had to make it up... i assume they're eating strawberries and cream, like they serve at wimbledon...
I am coming to you from one entire year after making the above comment... I have finally figured it out; that little scribbled bit on the bottom panel next to the speech bubble is likely "創のはちゃんと練乳付きよー", with 創 (STILL not sure that's the right kanji) maybe being some kind of nickname for Hajime, and 練乳 referring to condensed milk, which is commonly had with strawberries in japan. So basically, it IS strawberries and cream like they have at Wimbledon.
I had blindly guessed the mother was saying, "One with cream and one without," and it turned out she was actually saying, "Hajime's [plate is the one that] has condensed milk [on it]"... Well, I certainly knew it couldn't be "I have a hind boob and a hind breast."
Hajime's is the one with condensed milk on it!Shine〜Peka〜FidgetSowaBoing!Pyon!SplashBashiRattleGataMotherKya——!Hey— stop wasting water!FidgetSowaRattleGataStrawberry, strawberry!Hey, don't shake the table! Here you go!WOW〜!Wa〜!Splash—Bashi—Boing!Pyon!ExcitedWaku waku
