A. Life of Maid tends to omit dialog that we can infer from what we see in the comic. 'Mukyuu' definitely falls into this category.
B. She's too out of breath even for that.

You know whats been bugging me though? There's a green, unseen character in the previous strip, but doesn't show up yet. Mokou is also invisible in this strip. I assume Colonel Aki wants to surprise us.

It's a shade, it's often used in 4komas to save time in drawing, look at another strips from LoM, there are of those too
