Hopefully she'll get just as big as she wants. :) Right now she's at about 35 cm, or 14 inches, which at least makes her big enough to pick up and hug, or to give headpats. :)
Though I could imagine this going nuts, so that we end up with an ultra-cute version of the classic monster movie Them! from 1954.
(I so wish the artist would lampoon that movie's poster. It would be hilarious. "An adorable horde of happy headpatting giants toddling out of the earth...")
By the way, I've made up my own headcanon for this little universe, in which the ant-girls, bee-girls, G-buri-chan, etc., all live in the same house as a young human magician woman who looks after them all and keeps them happy. Since she has Ant-chan's desire in reverse, but has the advantage of magic, she sometimes shrinks herself so she can socialize with her insect-girl companions. (I was trying to counter the original's occasional black humor with pure heartwarming.)

Has the human's gender been established? I've always imagined them as a guy for some reason.

I think at least one comic (the one with G-buri waiting at home) strongly implies a male human. Having the insect-girls live with a female human was just my own idea.
