    You're free to pass judgment upon the bard and shogun for their crimes of negligence (especially the bard for his need of sampling dandelion wine), but Nahida and Zhongli get a pass. Good luck in trying to have the Shogun adhere to it; the bard will probably never be captured because he won't appear in court.
