And of those dragons just shy of a third are legendaries, comprising about a sixth of all legendaries - which isn't bad except that last generation's main legendaries were a Dragon trio, and the previous had a Dragon duo on the list.

They are though. If you discount the legendaries, there are probably only 13 dragon types. And nine of those are accounted for by the garchomp/Dragonite/Salamence lines.
