Nintendo/Gamefreak loves Pikachu more than Raichu, the last thing any Pikachu wants to do is go anywhere near a Thunderstone.

Raichu has always been my no.1 pokemon. Seriously fudge Ash's Pikachu, they really should just let Raichu hold Light Ball.
