Then you don't have to worry. They're there to inform you that your homeowner's association auctioned off your home because you didn't pay off your arbitrary fines that they had been billing you for violations that you weren't even aware of. It might have been because your mailbox wasn't the right shade of black, your garbage can was on its side after the garbagemen emptied it, you didn't park your vehicle in your garage when it's on the list of vehicles banned from being left out in your driveway at night, or some other wonderfully absurd reason. Either way, they're just there to let you know that they'd like you to vacate their house as soon as possible.
