    “我妈妈会游泳”is a meme about a dilemma:if your wife and mom both fell into water，who will you save first？(usually asked by one's wife to embrass him)；
    “你若难产我保大”is also a dilemma, when dystocia happens，old traditions tends to save the baby in order to maintain the family. Both used as jokes nowadays.
