Can't really tell what's happening without the translation but it looks like Mokou is having trouble with the rest of reality itself being inhospitable but seeing the SDM miraculously in one piece is hoping it will be a place where she can sit out the end a bit more comfortably. Which raises the question of what exactly is happening with this SDM. If it can hold up perfectly against the ravages of the universal apocalypse it should give some kind of protection.

I think that's the premise of the story. That even when the entire world burns, the entire universe dies, and the great reset happens, the mansion will allows stay no matter what. It's very much a vehicle to tell the story of life and death, with the mansion as our immortal spectator (if you would call it that)

I wonder what other shore Mokou is talking about. The Sanzu river?

Most likely, considering she's immortal, she's probably longing to find a way to end the cycle of rebirth, probably also looking for Hakugyokurou.

I hope Mokou found the shore she sought, at the end of it all.

Personally, I think SDM is influenced by Remilia's ability,or actually it's not,everyting is a kind of inevitability.That's more romantic.

the other shore is a wrong translation by chatgpt,it's an ambiguous notion like Samsara in Buddhism,you can simply understand it as Mokou want to achieve true death to escape the torment."
