I have trouble finding this sad when everything else looks do damn happy and silly.

All I can think of when I see this is that I want to take the girl home and care for her...... 4 minutes in the soul-crushingly depressing pool and I all I want to do now is cuddle with my pet dog for the rest of the day.

No, it is time to call child protective services when the person going by hentai is the one giving a substantial step up in the kid's life.....

Favorited and voted up despite being almost unable to look at the picture without crying.

To me, 'emotional impact' is the single most important measure of a piece of artwork. This image tugs at the heart not only much more strongly than most, but it does so in a direction rarely dared. In my opinion, this is absolutely one of the best images on this entire site.

(It's from a game too, huh? I'd really like to be able to see this image in context, to see how well things really did turn out...)

I was actually in a very similar situation as a child.

Funny enough, I didnt mind it at all and didnt want anyone's sympathy or help.

Then again, I was a very....interesting child.

I see this scene everyday...

You have no idea how painful it can get if you begin to realize every detail there is lying in front of your eyes.

Thus I decided to just close my eyes at times but I always tell myself to not hide from the truth thus I eventually open them even if I know I'd hurt me again.. T_T

I love how people who don't feel sad gets down voted.
