I saw two other pics like this one on DeviantART by an artist named "MCMR". He put Alatreon in a pin-stripe suit like this one with one of those aristocrat cigarette holders, and he stuck Deviljho in a thug suit with a cigar in his mouth. The styles of that artist and this one are strikingly similar. :P
