Alrigtho, from what I could understand from translating the text of each page with help of...translators!
The story goes somewhat as the following,
Reimu's mom gives her the title of Shrine Maiden before running away like a madman, a image that Reimu slowly forgets with time as she grows. She then finds someone who she ends in love, Murasaki, the guy on this page, who is very supportive of her in her role as a Shrine Maiden (this will be important in a second) and admires her. However, there's a Youkai running around that tricks people and turns them into Youkai, which obviously gets them exterminated because "The biggest sin" and all that.
As you can image, this ends up coming back to bite Reimu's ass, as now her boyfriend (with or without Yukari's interference, I can't tell) became one of those people that got turned into a Youkai. And to rub salt in the wound, Murasaki is pretty fine with letting himself be exterminated so Reimu can fulfill her duties as the Hakurei Shrine Maiden, as he keeps encouraging her to fulfill her role.
Yukari then comes and talks with Reimu as she is having a mental-breakdown (I really couldn't understand what was the point of the talk, but If I had to make a guess...she was salty she didn't fall in love with her? Dunno, she mentioned a lot of things about not being the one she loved or some shit). We then go to a Time-Skip, where Reimu is a grown adult and a mother, giving her daugther the role of Shrine Maiden, as she leaves the shrine, hoping to hoping to meet once again the man she loved.
Honestly speaking, regardless of my reservations to the ending...goddamn it man, for once a doujinshi with a random guy that a 2hu falls in love bothers with actually selling the idea of the two being in love (there are quite a few pages about both having internal dialogue and interacting in a quite endearing way) instead of just telling you they are in love and that's it, and it ends with one being dead and other going crazy.

I mean, yes, but I'm pretty sure people want translations from people who actually speak Japanese rather than some guy who half-understood the story by translating page by page with an online translator.

It's too difficult for me to confidently translate myself, but from what I could grasp it's not yuri. Yukari created a situation where Reimu would have to kill her boyfriend's best friend, then him, because Hakurei Shrine Maidens only exist to keep her entertained. The ending is a flashback to the beginning, except this time from Reimom's perspective. She has a monologue about finally being free, no longer being a monster, and getting to love humans as a human again. She disappears into the night, her laughter forever echoing throughout the woods surrounding the shrine... Reimom never gets to be happy in fanon.
