If I understand it correctly, Nazrin is reading a newspaper article about a mindreading Youkai (Satori) underground. Shou then claims to be able to read minds as well. Nazrin dares her to read her mind. Shou's...unique way of mindreading then has Nazrin flustered and Shou proudly exclaims "You have a fever!"
