Tagging this as wild and horned hermit; this is based on the scene where Reimu turns the new needles Kogasa just made for her on the poor umbrella. Pretty sure the commentary is just a direct quote.

I checked, and it's not a direct quote, but Reimu do mention 品質検査 (quality check) in the manga
