I think this is Photoshopped. Some of the VF's look blurry and have a thin outline to them. And the 01 on the vehicle in the foreground looks like it was painted on badly.

LOL obviously the artist used the same VF template for all the VFs in the hangar. And the quality of the 01 in the vehicle actually makes this look like original art. You ever seen Ryan Church's art? (you know, the guy who did the designs for ROTS)... it looks just like the one on this piece.
