Come to think of it, aren't sukeban delinquents? Don't get me wrong, I like the art, but apart from mmmaybe miss Ulrika Fenryka (who might as well be just a rough-and-tumble tomboy instead of an outright delinquent) on the upper right I can't really see the Imperial girls being gangster-types. Even Jamukha Khan up there would be a bosozoku as opposed to a sukeban. Leona Johnson the Dark Angel might put on a sukeban costume when she wants to rein in her might-be-a-scumbag sister, but it wouldn't be her actual thing, you know?
