"I have no sympathy for criminals... but for my family, I do..."

Once again years late to the party, but YT has cunningly reminded me of this brilliant scene and with Garp being one of my favourite characters in the series its weird that
I haven't yet made at least one proper painting with him. So here it is, a portrait of a brave man torn between duty and family, hope you'll like it.
