Why is Poison a character tag? Is that character in the picture or was that just a mis-tag? (I have never seen this Poison character, so I might have missed it)

It seems that it was only recently that people started using the poison tag for the substance.
The majority of the posts are of the Street Fighter character.

I have no idea how the edit all of the poison tags at once.
We should make a poison_(character) tag or something.
Then edit poison into a standard tag for the substance
