Since obviously the future teller would read the future during their turn to make a move, they will be the one to lose in that scenario since if both people just mind out right there then the clock would run out during the future teller turn.
The better player wins. Chess is all about strategy and planning. Reading minds would be better on all of this but both powers would give a lot of false reads unless you have lots of experience and skill.
