Neither, they'll be stuck in an eternal 'I know you know' loop.

The player who can read mind wins. Not because he was a better player or because of the mind-reading, but because the number of possible moves you can make in chess will destroy anyone's mind if they try to perceive everything all at once.

Like you know how fatigued Strange was when he goes through 14 million futures? Now consider that there are 10^120 possible moves in chess.

It can be a draw (as in both loses their mind) if the mind-reader also ends up reading that absurd number of moves.

Since obviously the future teller would read the future during their turn to make a move, they will be the one to lose in that scenario since if both people just mind out right there then the clock would run out during the future teller turn.

So even in that scenario, the mind reader win.

    The better player wins.
Chess is all about strategy and planning. Reading minds would be better on all of this but both powers would give a lot of false reads unless you have lots of experience and skill.
