Yeah, I was hoping to see what the Lakeside Amusement Park would have looked like in the "Fogged World" but unfortunately the game forces the shift to the Otherworld version almost right after Heather enters the amusement park, and when you go back there after the game is over, it's still nighttime. Too bad.
It would be cool if they did have day and night in a Silent Hill game. Maybe at least during parts when you're 'abandoned' world, where it seems like the real one, but deserted.
