I replaced older_than_they_look with young, which has the same meaning. Teenage might also work, I'm not familiar with this character. Also changed the rating to safe, as there is nothing NSFW in the image.

I get the idea, however the problem in this case is this is the original design of this character and...
I actually don't think we have a tag for a situation like this, and given that this is her normal appearance it means the young tag is not applicable here.
Strangely enough, I don't think we've ever bothered to tag this. Then again, with all the century-plus mystics and ageless demonic loli that comprise [Touhou] the collection on this site, it seems it would become noisy. Needs more definition.
I've been kind of thinking that things like this could use a wiki list where the list is of characters with an attribute that might not be normally visible or its tag/pool would be too noisy to be viable.
Of course such lists would invariably end up with some spoiler info, and it could go either way on whether or not having a list would reduce or increase attempts of people slapping on tags like vampire because the character is canonically a vampire even if the image isn't showing it.
