You can experience this by playing the arcade game 'ESP.RA.DE', which is another bullet hell shooter. Yeah, it's espers, but that's close enough to the average depicted Gensokyoite.

I'd say the winner would be Player 1 but there is always someone who will beg to argue "it could be Player 2".
Yukari could gap nukes right back at whoever sent them...and Yuyuko could force the world into Submission. One way, or the other. Kaguya on the other hand would likely become a national icon of Japan, and probably enlist the JSDF in blasting Mokou. Reimu would open a tourism business with Tewi to milk as much money from unsuspecting tourists as possible and take them for all they're worth. Moriya Shrine would collaborate with the undergound in providing ridiculouslly cheap nuclear power to the whole of Japan. Yukari could in theory open a cheap and easy transportation business...provided she actually stays awake long enough. The SDM...will pretty much remain the SDM, though Remi might open up a business or two to cash in.
I'm pretty sure that they would start "Falling apart" as more and more people became "converts" to their fantastical powers. Gensokyo runs on Atheism, remember?
See, I'm not sure what you guys are looking at, but I have never seen a city like the one the girls are loooking over in the real world. So, this is either Yumemi's futuristic world (in which case it's more than capable of putting up a fight), or its the world circa the future Renko and Maribel come from (in which case they might have all sorts of tricks to throw at the girls).
