*snirks* I always get bad Sailormoon references whenever I see Cross Fusion in the Rockman.exe anime....

This was derived from the opening animation of Rockman.exe Axess, when Netto is in Cross Fusion mode with Rockman. I just sorta redrew it and colored it my own way...

I think this is the first drawing I've done of Netto that truly doesn't suck. Netto is so flippen hard to draw! I blame that bandana of his. >.<;; Gimme Saito any day...
