Point for translators: Hansel isn't calling her "Rumia" here, he's still calling her "Ru-chan", even now. That seems significant enough to put in the translation.
The way we initially translated it, he called her "Rumia" throughout, with the honorifics dropped, to the same effect. Others have come after and edited them back in to the other pages for whatever reason, somehow missing this one, creating the incongruity.

In a few places, I tried using the diminutive "Ru'", but no one else seems to have taken to it...
