If bird eating egg is cannibalism, them human eating cow, pig, rabbit or any other mammal is cannibalism too.

It's only cannibalism if you eat your own species.

While many birds eat eggs, few, if any, will eat those of their own kind. They'll smash 'em, but they won't eat 'em.

Not really? It is more like eating a single cell. Keep in mind that an unfertilized egg is just that, a ginormous single inactive cell (a delicious one at that). It is no more like eating a fetus as an ejaculation is like mass murder.
