Good luck KOing a full health Walrein with a 75 BP Earthquake lol. They could take out 1 of them before they move, but the other uses Blizzard and... yeah

Even if it can't KO them, it will still damage them, but both are at full HP.

I think he meant that since Garchomp and Salamence are both faster, they can both KO using Earthquake (which is 100 Base Power or 150 for Chomp due to STAB). Chomp can easily live an EQ too.

I always pictured Walrein using a Quick Claw.

Alternatively, the better idea is to use Outrage for 180 damage straight, which should KO at least one them, taking into account Outrage's random target selection.
