Probably an "artificial" leg to replace the missing one if I'm not mistaken. Also Orin looks good with her hair out of her pigtails.

This okuu really IS one of the most disgustingly adorable things I've seen on all of danbooru. The "unyuu" + "flap flap" is what got me.
