I personally like Koyama Shigeru's Reisen, Tsuki Wani's Yuuka and Azuki Osamitsu's Yuugi, but then that's just me.

Wow, my entire list has been almost absolutely nailed. Throw in kamo nari's Team 9, orenji zerii's Aki sisters, Omchicken's Satori, Kou's Koishi, and Asatsuki-dou's Meiling.
As for Cirno, I'm at the crossroads of Asatsuki-dou's, Kamo nari's, and Millet Soup's.
