It's probably the same douche who removes it each time.
It's the always same person who removes it as well. The pool history shows that two other uses tried to add it, but the same user who removed it kicked it out both times.
I've seen two people who tried to remove it, but for the most part it's the same person adding and the same person removing. It's just an edit war, and it'll continue until one of two things happen:
1. One party gets tired of keeping it up 2. The pool creator actually steps in
