A lot of Gibson models have plastic tuners and a lot of Epiphones have metal tuners. That's clearly an Epiphone headstock with its cut-off "ears". Epiphone and Gibson headstocks are completely different from each other. A lot of artists look at Epiphone guitars for reference when drawing Gibsons, because they're very similar and a lot cheaper. However, there are slight differences that tip off when this is done, such as the truss rod cover, headstock, and sometimes fretboard binding. I wish the artists at least googled a picture of the genuine article to get their facts straight, but I'm not too bothered if they don't. Curiously, Japanese-made Epiphone guitars for local market have the Gibson headstock making it even harder to differentiate between them.

tl;dr: Tagged error for the headstock.
