Godzilla's main attack is the atomic breath(or so).If that hits Cirno I guess she melted (or worst evaporated)into atomic puddle.

Wow! I really do hope that this doujin does get released in 2011! It's even drawn by the same person who drew the original Godzilla and Touhou crossover pic, and that pic inspired me to type out a fan fiction.

Well, If this Godzilla WAS a Yorishiro as mentioned in pool_#8146 with Godzilla's G-Final Wars design then Touhou ladies are screwed.
