Ah I get it, she accidentally opened the wrong door and had to "clean up" to hide her embarassment, so she's 2 hours late, classic Bocchi
Had that been the case then she most likely would've gotten another text asking where she is or the person directly telling her it's the wrong door, instead it seems like Bocchi did everyting right on her and the customer either fell asleep or simply forgot about the order, forcing her anxiety-riddled ass to wait in the spot for someone to receive the package... and being to whatever unholy thing went over the other door.
