It's easy, resize the image with an image editor that support frames (personally I use vurtualdub for those purposes, yes VD can do that).

Also, I worked out the exact frames (although I'm unsure if the frametime resolution is only in hundredths of a second), and it shows that she's swaying at 111.11 BPM. Slow. And it doesn't work with TOHO CLOCK either :<
