I'd go with dad... He exists in the Umamusume universe as a TV show host (which is a reference to the Saturday keiba show he hosts IRL on TV Tokyo)

Added to HtH because of recent revelations of Saitou Shinji's (the guy in the back) actions. Daddy's being a(n alleged) rapist is bad enough here, but people on the Internet are also now worried over her IRL counterpart (whom Saitou Shinji absolutely dotes over) because him getting convicted would disqualify him from being a racehorse owner so Omatase-chan would have to be sold or "disposed of".

Apparently the co-owner of the horse took her in, so thankfully she isn't going to go the way of Samson Big or Ferdinand.
