Why is this taged with no panties and rated Q? I know the other pictures in the series should be thus but there is nothing sugesting the girl in this one has no panties.
I've actually thought about making a pool analogous to the はいてない？ tag on Pixiv, basically images where the girl MIGHT be wearing panties, but it's almost more likely that she's not. This is a good example of that.
I tagged it no_panties as it's really hard to notice any sing them on her (there's something white under her skirt, but it's too ambiguous to say if it's her shirt or panties). Also keep in mind other quite suggestive pictures in this instrument series.
Yeah, the white thing you're seeing is definitely her underskirt, not her panties. Still, she COULD be wearing them, and under the "tag what you see" ethos, that wouldn't qualify for the no_panties tag.
