It's identity theft at it's finest, but it seems they were sent to the address of the card owner and not sent internationally like I-*ahem* ..er. Well someone made a mistake.

Based on the (translation of the) labeling, I like to think she actually bought the real Flandre.

I think I recognize the saying in the title. It's related to:
"It's always a rainy day when you forget to bring an umbrella."
Basically, the worst stuff always happens when you fail to plan ahead.
