Indeed, in the post mentioned above (post #7671161) she is carrying a bunch of fish and what can be described as the equivalent of a Wendy's bucket in her bags but here she has McDonald's food. Maybe I'm looking too deep into it, I'm not sure what this discrepancy would even imply.
The removed horn appears to be vibrating. Could be a massager function, an incoming phone call, or an imminent explosion warning. Or any combination of those, come to think of it.

I honestly thought it was meant to be the motion blur of the horn falling from Noko's head, more than anything.
