Kaguya's not only from the moon, she's German!

The Pixiv description has the artist musing about what's in a "German village". He imagines a town made with the greatest scientific technology in the world. So I'm guessing German high-tech made him think of Lunar super-tech, and thus we have Kaguya...maybe.

I'm tempted to make a reference to the ShamWow commercial about the Germans always making good stuff, but I'll pass.

I've heard that there are leisure spots named "German Village" in Japan. The name is famous, I think, but what waits you there is unknown, even for most Japanese.

Düsseldorf has a Japanese Garden.
Maybe the German village is some kin of park too, or some historical WWII monument thing.
