    Def. not an ACR. Flat top receiver and retractable stock say it's a carbine of some sort. I'm gonna say it's a badly proportioned barrel length M4. 6 vent ports on the quad rail, typical number for carbine length barrels. It does have some magpul parts, mainly that pistol grip. There's also a low profile gas block and some aftermarket/imaginary compensator/barrel brake/flash supressor. Note that Reimu has a rail on the side of her shotgun to accept an accessory but has nothing mounted. Maybe it's a joke about her not being able to afford any?
